Japanese Maples and Conifers

‘Hubb's Red Willow’ is a rich dark burgundy upright maple with long narrow lobes that are slightly incised, giving  this small tree a willowy delicate appearance. Looks can be deceiving. This maple is as tough as they come, 'Hubb's Red Willow' is one of the more heat tolerant maples of the linearilobum group even tolerating full sun in all but the hottest climates. Very vigorous and vase shaped when young it slows down with age forming a beautiful round topped small tree. Fall color comes with an onslaught of fiery oranges and reds. These trees are not displaying their usual characteristics, but they are still great looking Japanese maples. In my experience reverted trees still display typical fall colors regardless of the shape of the leaves. These trees are also not guaranteed to never regain their distinguishing characteristics, but they aren't currently showing it so it has to be noted. These still have thinner leaves than something like a 'Bloodgood' but just not as thin as is typical with 'Hubb's Red Willow'. 10 year size:  Height: 6-8 Feet   Width: 5-6 Feet Spring Color: Burgundy Summer Color: Burgundy Fall Color: Red Sun tolerance: Full Planting: Elevated, Well Drained Soil

Abies nordmanniana 'Golden Spreader' is a Nordman Fir with a low spreading growth habit. In the winter 'Golden Spreader' is a bright golden yellow. The color is outstanding and shines among other evergreens. 'Golden Spreader' grows wider than tall and develops a dense, shrubby habit.  10 Year Size: Height: 3-5 feet   Width: 4-6 feet 

Acer palmatum Tana has nice star looking leaves. They emerge in the spring green with an amazing purple/red/pink tip, making a great contrast against the green. In fall, 'Tana' put on a show of orange to red leaves. It's a midsized tree, growing 10 feet tall and around 6 feet wide

Acer palmatum 'Ogon Sarasa' is a fantastic Japanese maple with large leaves that have an orange-red color in the spring. These leaves eventually turn a bright orange color in the fall. 'Ogon Sarasa' has a sturdy branching structure and develops into a beautifully shaped tree at maturity. 10 Year Size: Height: 10-12 feet   Width: 6-8 feet

Acer palmatum ‘Pastel’ is a reticulated Japanese maple with pink, peach, and creamy white variegation. These pastel colors are stunning and remain outstanding through much of the summer. The leaves then turn bright red in the fall. Much like other reticulated Japanese maples, Pastel should be protected from the hot afternoon sun. 10 Year Size: Height: 8-10 feet Width: 4-6 feet

Pinus strobus 'Golden Candles' is an awesome Eastern White Pine with golden yellow color in the spring. This bright color allows 'Golden Candles' to really shine in any landscape. The bright yellow color is a must have for any well rounded garden. 10 Year Size: Height: 8-10 feet   Width: 4-6 feet
