These rough bark Japanese maples are always fascinating because it is such a stark contrast from the typical smooth bark of the vast majority of Japanese maples. ‘Hubble’s Super Cork’ leafs out in the spring with bright green leaves which darken as summer approaches. Fall color is a vibrant orange to red.
