My parents planted a coral bark many years ago and loved it. I lost them in recent years and then took care of their cat who recently died. I decided to buy a coral bark and bury the cat under it, and included some of my parents' ashes with the tree too. I'm pleased with the quality of the tree I bought from Maple Ridge for this tribute to Mom and Dad.
Well, the leaves had all fallen off by the time it arrived. But the tree seems healthy with lots of good looking buds and a decent graft. It was packaged very well. Looking forward to seeing it next year!

Wow! This robust specimen has a fountain-like habit. I can't wait until it leafs out in the Spring. Maple Ridge always provides well tended and shapely plants. It is my go-to for finding the Japanese Maple cultivars I am looking for, and often can't find in stock anywhere else.
Unfortunately it fell victim to critter teeth and was bitten off a couple of inches from ground level after two days
I received a specimen that was nicer than I initially expected. Also the quality of the communication was another positive aspect of my experience here as well. I plan on purchasing more from them in the future

Plant arrived well packaged and very healthy. Much taller than expected and appears to be of fine quality.
