Solid sized tree, mostly healthy. I especially appreciated that Maple Ridge wanted to delay shipping due to the weather (spontaneous heat) at the time of the order.
I bought 4 Japanese Maple trees at the end of June. They all arrived carefully packed and timely. I received several emails with updates on my order status. The plants were healthy and nice size for the 1 gal pot ordered. With this crazy hot summer, I’m pleased they’re all doing well. I did repot them in ceramic pots, but kept them in similar size containers to reduce shock. Very pleased and recommend Maple Ridge Nursery.
I received a beautiful tree yesterday! It’s my first Japanese maple of what I hope are many more. I’m so excited to see it grow and you guys really set the gardener up for success. I have enjoyed reading all your emails and all the information I can to learn about them. I can’t wait to order again! This is how a shopping experience should be!
My Chantilly Lace arrived in excellent condition. I’ve placed it in quite a bit of sun and have enjoyed watching the colors come out. Delicate leaf structure.
This is an excellent plant! It definitely exceeded my expectations. This was part of my first order and will certainly place more in the future.
Every tree was packed nice , but on one tree the box was crushed on top and the soil was about half out of the pot. The tree was very lose in the pot and was not in great shape, but after I planted it’s doing really well. Somewhere in the shipping process it seems it was crushed from the top and turned up because a lot of soil was in the bottom of box. All is well.
I had received an e-mail stating plants were being held for the heat wave and the holiday- great customer service. I did request the plant be shipped after the heat wave but before the holiday and they quickly replied and shipped the plant. I received it yesterday in perfect condition as if I had picked it up at a local nursery. I look forward to watching it grow in my garden.

My Shirazz arrived in excellent condition. It was a healthy green, but I've placed it in more sun and have enjoyed watching the leafs turn a blush pink color.
Tree arrived happy and well packaged! Hope it can handle the spot I have picked out for it because it gets lots of sun.

Extremely hardy goes where palmatums can’t go. Rootball was vibrant and healthy, already showing stabilization and growth. Full sun south side of yard loving every day of it. Amazing tree. Thank you thank you, superior on delivery to the Mr maple tree ordered.
