from 659 reviewsI was very pleased with the size beauty and health of this plant! This was my first time ordering from Maple Ridge and this nursery will be my go to for maples now!!

This is another interesting dwarf variety as I already have 'Yeager' dwarf, a small green variety for several years now. I look forward to planting 'Yeager Red' into the New York Preserve and adding to the collection. As always, this Japanese maple arrived it great condition and packed with professionalism. Thank you all again.

Received very beautiful Pink Ballerina from Maple Ridge. Unfortunately a squirrel or vole mangled it just a few days after planting.

Another beautiful tree from Maple Ridge Nursery. I have been pleased with the quality of their plants and the care they take with packing and shipping.

The tree was packaged very well, is healthy, and is doing great in the pot I chose. The colors and tiny leaves on this tree are beautiful.

Excellent Acer japonicum 'Lovett' Full Moon Japanese Maple. Healthy and thriving.

I’m really impressed with my firefly maple. Very healthy and looks amazing. Im very pleased with my tree. A beautiful shape. Would definitely buy from this company again.

I was very surprised and happy with the height of the tree for a one gallon. I have received several items from online nurserys before and this is by far one of the best purchases ever. The packing was also one of the best i have ever seen. i am already wanting to buy another one.

Nice and healthy maple. Good packaging. Fast shipping. Would definitely purchase again from this seller.

The pine was received in excellent condition and is beautiful and very healthy!! This is my first time ordering from this company but very pleased with plants!!!

I an so excited to get my tree. It is far more beautiful and it’s bigger than I thought for a gallon size. It’s very healthy and looks amazing having come so far.
I’m very pleased with my tree. Thank you.

Enjoyable definitely waiting for my next one!

I purchased this Japanese maple as a replacement of one in our garden that had been transplanted last Spring. The original tree did well but was always temperamental and with the unprecedented snow fall in the South during mid January 2025, I feared this tree would not make it.
So, with a watchful eye I monitored the tree and when it didn't show sign of growth I passed judgement on it and decided to get its replacement. Those led to the A.p. Matthew from Maple Ridge Nursery. The tree arrived timely and with the budding leave ready for Spring.
Shockingly, the original tree began to push new buds and soon the tree had leaves and it seems to have survived not only the snow fall/cold temperatures but also my disbelief in its ability to survive in a new location on top of the challenging weather during its first year after transplanting.
So, I'm delighted to report not only the survival and future in our garden of one tree but also its intended replacement, A.p. Matthew. It's also strengthened my belief in these trees as they are the summit of our garden.

My tree is quite lovely. Beautiful form and color. The tree was carefully packaged for shipping, and arrived in perfect condition. Thanks, Maple Ridge Nursery for a beautiful tree and informative emails!

Arrived safely and well packaged. A little smaller than expected, it was smaller than a dwarf tree I also ordered, but very healthy, well branched and it has some new growth after a couple of weeks in the new pot. Will be very nice.

We are constantly putting trees in larger pots to allow them to grow and not become root bound. Therefore, many of our trees may have loose dirt in the pot until the roots fill out the container.
All of our Japanese Maples are grafted with a side veneer graft unless specifically stated as seedlings. This style of grafting is most commonly used in the nursery industry and allows these trees to still become excellent bonsai as the graft scar will be no longer visible when the trees age.
