Acer palmatum ‘Uncle Ghost’ is a very rare and fantastic reticulated variety of Japanese maple. Displaying dark veins on top of pink foliage, ‘Uncle Ghost’ really stands out in the spring. As temperatures rise, the leaves of ‘Uncle Ghost’ turns from peachy to light green. The leaves then turn orange-red in the fall. Acer palmatum ‘Uncle Ghost’ is a shorter growing upright Japanese maple that will only reach about 6 feet tall at maturity.

Acer palmatum ‘Julia’ is a stunning Japanese maple with reticulated variegation. ‘Julia’ leafs out with a glowing green color to the leaves with a lighter center than on the edges. Acer palmatum ‘Peve Multicolor’ is a tremendous variegated variety of Japanese maple with white dusting across the foliage. Unfortunately, this variegation is inconsistent and does not appear every year. Without the variegation, ‘Peve Multicolor’ has light green leaves and an attractive form. This seems to be the more common look for us. Our Peve Multicolor are not currently showing variegation. Fall color is going to be a brilliant yellow to orange regardless of the variegation.
