Great product. I love it so far but it was damaged in shipping. The top was broken off and the box was crushed. I haven’t gotten a reply about it though and i sent two emails.
Everything is great, tree appears to be doing well here. About to get mid 90s soon, will see what happens. Thanks
Purchased a Japanese red maple a couple weeks ago. Ended up planting it like a bonsai tree. Amazing purchase and shipping process. The people I communicated with were so thoughtful and caring of the style of tree I was looking for. When the tree was chosen and sent, it was packaged with such care that I have no doubt that they have perfected the shipping process of live trees. When it arrived it looked beautiful and healthy. Once I planted it and gave it its first watering, it appeared to have already taken to the new environment. The leaves grew more vibrant to the point that the tree almost began to shine. I’ll definitely be buying more trees in the near future. And this experience makes me confident that I’ll be returning here for my next one. Thanks guys!
Great trees, great price and great customer service
Within a week after this tree's arrival we had several feet of snow over two days. The snow is now almost melted but before shipping, I had initially expressed concern about transplant shock and the varying temps at this high altitude cannot possibly have helped. We will see what Spring brings.

I have been receiving mystery maples for awhile once a month and been very pleased so decided to expand into the conifers! I ordered eight trees and they arrived packed expertly. They were in pots and looked as good as if I had gone to the nursery to pick them up. Seven were of generous size, one was a little smaller. I will definitely order more maple trees from Maple Ridge Nursery!
3 gall Shigitatsu saw arrived in great condition, leaves still on and larger than I expected. Can't wait to see that beautiful green color next spring. Had minor glitch in delivery which Maple Ridge promptly solved. Very happy with customer service.
