We are committed to quality in everything we do. From the way we care for our trees to how we treat people in our store, we treat each tree and each person like they are part of the family. We have been in business for over 30 years, and you don’t make it for that long cutting corners. It takes genuine respect for people and a commitment to quality in everything you do.

Our 1 gallon trees are two to three years old. They can be anywhere between 6 inches and 3 feet tall depending on the age and variety. Our 3 gallon trees are three years old. These trees range from two to four feet tall depending on age and variety. We do our absolute best every time to select the best tree possible for your order.

We ship our 1 gallon and 3 gallon trees all over the United States. We tie our trees into the shipping box to ensure that your tree arrives to you in as good of condition as it left our nursery. We will put our packaging up against anyone in the industry. The majority of our shipping is done earlier in the week, so if your order is placed later in the week it will usually go out the following week. You may experience delays in shipping during the busier months.

Cryptomeria japonica 'Elegans Nana' - mapleridgenursery
Cryptomeria japonica 'Elegans Nana'
from $29.00 $35.00
Cryptomeria japonica ‘Elegans nana’ is tightly compact and tends to grow with clumps of foliage. The small cones are abundant and very attractive. The cones first appear in fall as a very light almost lime green that contrast to the dark green foliage making 'Elegans Nana' one of the most interesting plants in the Autumn garden. During winter the cones turn first gold, then brown and during colder winters in the south, the foliage will bronze sometimes taking on an almost purple cast. Then in spring you get the same effect as fall when the new growth emerges lime green against the dark older foliage. It will grow equally well in the full sun of Georgia or in very dark shade and provide interest all year long, making this one of the most versatile conifers and one of my favorites.10 year size: Height: 2-3 Feet Width: 1-2 FeetColor: GreenSun Tolerance: Full

"

Maple Ridge is awesome! I have ordered many maples recently from this nursery. They arrive in great condition and are packed well. They provide the best value for money for Japanese maples amongst the mail order nurseries.

I purchased three one gallon maples. My order was shipped quickly. Trees arrived in excellent condition, well packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. All were as advertised and well established in their pots. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Healthy and good size.

Excellent size for a one gallon, dense foilage. Very happy with the graft and roots had filled out the container but not rootbound. Very pleased with the quality of the tree

Great prices

I'm always skeptical of ordering from nurseries, because I never know the quality of the plant that I will receive. The size of the tree from this nursery was in between the smallest and largest that I've had mailed before. I was very happy with the condition of the maple, and I will definitely order more. Great selection and price!
