Acer palmatum 'Kamagata'

   
Kamagata’ is dwarf form of palmatum introduced by J.D. Vertrees himself. The small delicate looking leaves first appear in spring edged in purple. By summer they become a nice bright green. Fall color is usually yellow to orange
